	2/2/12	DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE	The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for leading all aspects of the quality management system, which includes typical aerospace requirements such as AS9100, NADCAP, and ITAR. This position is also responsible to ensure product shipped from this facility meets customer requirements. Typical duties include: Lead and coordinate the efforts of the department to implement proper quality processes and systems required to facilitate and control manufacture of high quality products. Work closely with customers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, provide support and maintain professional relations. Provide data, improvement actions, and responses to customers as needed. Work closely with auditing and compliance organizations required for aerospace operations. Lead department resources to successful completion of agreed annual goals and objectives. Hold department and responsible functions accountable for assigned action items. Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with the following credentials: BS in Engineering, Material Science, or similar technical field. A minimum of 10 years aerospace manufacturing experience in a quality manager role. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience. Proficient with NADCAP and AS9100. Essential Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective at following up on actions to ensure timely completion. Ability to implement systems to control processes and provide documentation. Ability to motivate and lead teams, and individuals within and outside the quality function. 	2/2/12	CHEMICAL PROCESS ASSOCIATE	Duties include: Chemical bath passivation of metallic parts, Chem-Film coating of metallic parts, pre-weld cleaning of metallic arts in a solvent solution, Magnesium anodize of metallic parts in an electrochemical bath, electro-polish of metallic parts in an electrochemical bath, chemical titration testing to determine bath concentrations, Zinc plating of metallic parts, Heat scale removal in a solvent bath, pre-penetrant etch of welded structures, potting welded structures to encapsulate them in a polymer shell, Maintenance of chemical processing and related equipment, Updating records for operations completed. Qualifications: Must be trained in each duty/task prior to running production parts. Annual review and re-qualification is required for each discipline. High School Diploma, Minimum of 6 months prior related experience, such as: plating of metal parts, use of balance to make up solutions, operation and cleaning of transfer pumps, use a burette and pipette, calibration and use of eddy current thickness meters, interpreting process specifications, solution analysis, potting , some college chemistry preferred. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests as well as background check, able to successfully pass an annual eye exam, basic computer and filing skills. 	2/2/12	SHEET METAL MECHANICS SHEET METAL FITTER SECOND SHIFT	Sheet metal fitters/ Sheet metal mechanics must be experienced in fitting up assemblies for welding of turbine engine fabricated components. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Significant experience required on complex ducts, cases, etc. Materials vary depending on application. Must have own hand tools.
