Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will work closely with operations team at the Phoenix facility to maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and timely reporting of accurate financial information, forecasts and budgets. The Site Controller will ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures, and will also support the finance and operations teams in special project work. *** Qualified candidate will have BA in accounting, be a CPA, and have minimum 10 yrs. of progressively challenging professional work experience. Experience in manufacturing and an aerospace background is preferred. Advanced understanding of accounting systems, internal control and understanding of financial modeling with strong analytical & problem-solving skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, vlookup) required.
